Based on timeless lessons, we create a supportive environment for young women ages 10 to 20, with transformative programs, inspirational mentors, and practical tools that nurture leadership, increase social responsibility and expand intellect. Our mission is to open doors to education, career pathways, and community engagement so every young woman can reach for her dreams. We also have a special program for younger girls, ages 7 to 9, called JDs to Bee.
